Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pecan halves toasted
  • 1 cup caramel squares unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • cups chocolate chips milk, dark, or white chocolate
  • ½ teaspoon vegetable oil optional for chocolate coating
  • Sea salt optional for topping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Pecans: Toast pecan halves in the oven at 350°F for 8–10 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool.
  • Melt the Caramel: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel squares and heavy cream. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Assemble the Clusters: Arrange pecan halves in small piles (3–4 per cluster) on parchment paper. Spoon melted caramel over each cluster. Let it set for 5 minutes.
  • Melt the Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil (optional) in a microwave-safe bowl in 10-second intervals until smooth.
  • Coat the Clusters: Drizzle or dip each caramel pecan cluster into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

  • Set and Serve: Allow clusters to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use dark chocolate for a lower-sugar option or white chocolate for a unique twist.
Store at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
