Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can 15 oz corn, drained
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • Salt pepper, paprika (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened. Drain excess grease.
  • Mix Ingredients: Combine the cooked beef with cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and drained corn in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Assemble the Casserole: Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Layer frozen tater tots on top, covering the dish.
  • Bake: Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy. For extra crunch, broil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Rest & Serve: Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.
