Ingredients
  

  • ✔️ 1 medium beetroot peeled and chopped✔️ ½ lemon (juiced)✔️ 1 cup water✔️ 1 teaspoon honey (optional)✔️ A pinch of black salt (optional)✔️ Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Prepare Ingredients – Wash, peel, and chop the beetroot into small pieces. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  • 2️⃣ Blend the Beetroot – Add chopped beetroot and 1 cup of water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • 3️⃣ Strain the Juice (Optional) – Pour the blended juice through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth for a smoother texture.
  • 4️⃣ Add Lemon & Mix – Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • 5️⃣ Enhance Flavor (Optional) – Add honey for sweetness or a pinch of black salt for an extra taste boost.
  • 6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy – Pour into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy immediately!

Notes

✅ For extra flavor, add a small piece of ginger while blending.
✅ Drink fresh for maximum nutrients. If storing, keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
