Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas preferably frozen
  • 2 medium peaches pitted and sliced (or 2 cups frozen peach slices)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  •
  • 1 cup ice cubes use less if using frozen fruit

Instructions

  • If using fresh peaches, wash, pit and slice them. Peel and slice bananas. For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit.
  • Add all ingredients to your blender in this order: milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, fruits, cinnamon, and ice on top.
  • Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed by adding more honey or ice.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh fruit slices if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For the creamiest texture, freeze banana slices ahead of time on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • If your peaches aren't sweet enough, try roasting them first to intensify their flavor.
  • Make it dairy-free by substituting coconut yogurt and your favorite plant-based milk.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder or nut butter for a more filling breakfast option.
