Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark
  • 1 cup Andes mints chopped
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and blend until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping and half of the chopped Andes mints.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining Andes mints on top. Serve with dippers of your choice.
