Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and blend until fully combined.
Gently fold in the whipped topping and half of the chopped Andes mints.
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining Andes mints on top. Serve with dippers of your choice.
